DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of $0.00 is required to secure the booking and date. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

The remaining balance of $0.00 must be paid in full no later than mm/dd/yyyy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 30 days before the wedding date.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

A travel fee of $50 applies for all locations within 20km. For locations outside 20km, an additional charge of $0.80 per kilometre will apply.

The Client is responsible for ensuring all members of the wedding party are available and ready at the agreed service times.

Any last-minute changes to services or additional guests will incur additional fees.
